Wills for Warriors

Askin & Hooker, LLC is pleased to present the Wills for Warriors program for our seventh year! If you are a Sussex County veteran, you can have your Last Will and Testament prepared—free of charge—on Friday, November 10, 2024.

Creating An Estate Plan Doesn’t Have To Be Uncomfortable

While estate planning can be an uncomfortable and expensive process, we want to remind our veterans that, in the state of New Jersey, if you pass without a Will in place, the state will determine who will receive your assets, who will become the guardian for your minor children, and how and by whom your estate will be settled. Protect what you value by meeting with our attorneys this Veterans Day to draft, sign, and notarize your Last Will and Testament—completely free of charge!

Askin & Hooker, LLC thanks all of our veterans for their service to our country. We are honored to give back to those who have given so much.
