Kelly M. Stoll is a Senior Associate in the litigation practice group and brings an extensive background in plaintiffs’ work and personal injury cases to the firm. Her practice focuses on personal injury, environmental, and commercial litigation. Before joining Askin & Hooker, Kelly concentrated her practice in all aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury cases and specialized in medical malpractice cases, auto accidents, and slip and fall cases. She has spent her career litigating cases throughout New Jersey for injured plaintiffs and tried numerous cases to verdict, ranging from the most minor auto accident to complex, multi-million dollar medical malpractice cases.

More than anything else, Kelly prides herself on working collaboratively with her clients, regardless of the case, to ensure they understand the litigation process and are happy with the result.
