Following her graduation from Wallkill Valley Regional High School, Kelly got her B.A. from Fordham University and then worked as a paralegal and law clerk while attending law school at night. She graduated with her J.D. cum laude from Rutgers Law – Newark and was admitted to the Order of the Coif, a prestigious national honor society. During law school, she served as a managing editor for the Rutgers Law Review and was named a Myron S. Harkavy Scholar for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
After graduating law school, Kelly clerked in the Appellate Division for Joseph A. Yannotti, J.A.D. She has since been named to the Top 40 Under 40 attorneys by the National Trial Lawyers Association three years in a row and to the Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. She is a Super Lawyers rising star and National Academy of Personal Injury Lawyers, Top 10 Under 40 in North Jersey.
She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey in addition to the United States District Court for the Federal District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as Phi Alpha Delta. Kelly also serves as an officer on the Board of Trustees for Lake Stockholm and has served as an attorney coach for the Wallkill Valley High School mock trial team.
Kelly lives in Hardyston, New Jersey with her husband, two children
