Kelly M. Stoll

Kelly M. Stoll is a Senior Associate in the litigation practice group and brings an extensive background in plaintiff’s work, and personal injury cases to the firm. Her practice is currently focused on personal injury, environmental, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Askin & Hooker, Kelly concentrated her practice in all aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury cases and specialized in medical malpractice cases, auto accidents, and slip and fall cases. She has spent her career litigating cases throughout the state of New Jersey on behalf of injured plaintiffs and tried numerous cases to verdict, ranging from the smallest auto accident to complex, multi-million dollar medical malpractice cases.

More than anything else though, Kelly prides herself on working collaboratively with her clients, regardless of the nature of the case, to ensure they understand the litigation process and are happy with the end result. As a Sussex County native, and current resident, Kelly joined Askin & Hooker excited to be able to offer a broader range of legal services to her own friends, neighbors, and community, and to join a firm that’s so supportive of the local community.

Following her graduation from Wallkill Valley Regional High School, Kelly got her B.A. from Fordham University and then worked as a paralegal and law clerk while attending law school at night. She graduated with her J.D. cum laude from Rutgers Law – Newark and was admitted to the Order of the Coif, a prestigious national honor society. During law school, she served as a managing editor for the Rutgers Law Review and was named a Myron S. Harkavy Scholar for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.

After graduating law school, Kelly clerked in the Appellate Division for Joseph A. Yannotti, J.A.D.

She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey in addition to the United States District Court for the Federal District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as Phi Alpha Delta. Kelly has also served as an officer on the Board of Trustees for the Lake Stockholm Country Club and Community Association, and has served as an attorney-coach for both Sparta and Wallkill Valley High School Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition.

Kelly lives in Hardyston, New Jersey with her husband, three children and dog. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, snowboarding and spending time on a lake, kayaking and swimming with her family.
